We do not process orders or take payments on this site. All sales happen on third-party marketplaces such as AliExpress, Amazon, 1688, Pinduoduo, and Xianyu, under those platforms' own terms.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to browse the site for information and legitimate purchase research.

You may not scrape, mirror, frame, or systematically copy the site. You may not build derivative works, train machine learning models on the site content, or republish material from the site without our prior written permission.

CarbForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these third parties. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, that product descriptions, fitment references, or specifications are accurate, complete, or error-free.

Before you buy a part, verify the correct model, year, and carburetor code with your vehicle manual or a qualified mechanic. You are responsible for confirming fitment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of this site is limited to one thousand Chinese yuan (CNY 1,000) or the equivalent in your local currency.
