This Privacy Policy explains how Hangzhou Kafeng Motorcycle Parts Co., Ltd., trading as CarbForge ("CarbForge", "we", "us", "our"), handles personal information when you visit www.carbforge.com.

We operate this site as a brand and information portal for our motorcycle carburetor parts business. We do not sell products directly on this site. By using the site, you agree to the practices described below.

We do not collect precise location, government identifiers, health data, or payment information on this site.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use inquiry form data to respond to your message, route it to the right team member, and keep a record for order and export documentation.

We use analytics data to understand which pages are read, which languages are most used, and how we can improve the site.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

4. Third-Party Services

Aliyun (Alibaba Cloud): hosts the static files of this site from its Frankfurt region. Aliyun receives standard server request logs but does not receive form content.

5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

Consent: we load analytics cookies only after you click Accept on the cookie banner.

Legitimate interest: we respond to inquiries you send us and keep basic records of business contacts.

Legal obligation: we retain certain correspondence and commercial records to meet tax, customs, and export-control requirements in China and in destination markets.

Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics 4 defaults, currently 14 months, after which it is aggregated or deleted.

The site files are hosted on Aliyun in Frankfurt, Germany. Our company and the team that answers your inquiries are based in Hangzhou, China.

When we reply to an inquiry, your message is transferred from the EU to China. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards to protect the data during this transfer. By submitting the form you acknowledge this transfer.

9. Children

This site is aimed at adult B2B buyers, distributors, and motorcycle repair professionals. It is not directed at children under 16. Please do not submit personal information if you are under 16.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices change or when the law requires it. Updates are posted on this page with a new Last Updated date. Material changes will also be announced on the home page for at least 30 days.
