Two R&D centers, four factories, and a full supply chain — from raw material to outbound container — operated by one company.
Research & Development
Two R&D centers run the engineering program, staffed by more than 100 technical engineers. We focus on the carburetor platforms that drive most of the global replacement market: Keihin, Mikuni, Teikei, CVK, Dellorto, and Karcoma.
Material selection, flow-bench testing, and dimensional analysis sit at the core of every new product. Prototypes move from first sample to validated tooling on a cadence that keeps us close to market demand without cutting corners on tolerance.
We also reverse-engineer discontinued fitments so independent shops can keep older bikes on the road long after OEM parts are out of stock.
Manufacturing at scale
Four production bases across China handle stamping, die-casting, CNC machining, surface treatment, assembly, and outbound logistics. Operating the whole chain ourselves lets us lock tolerances and trace any batch back to its raw material.
Lines are configured for carburetor-specific geometry — tight bore concentricity, sealing-face flatness, and repeatable needle and jet work. Volume can flex from small distributor restocks to full-container OEM runs.
Quality control
Incoming inspection checks raw material and sourced components against spec. In-process SPC monitors critical dimensions on every line. Outgoing AQL sampling guards finished goods before they leave the plant.
Customer returns and failure reports feed back into the engineering loop so the next batch is better than the last. Certifications are available on request.
